Data use
Last pass: March 2026. “We” = whoever runs uk-best10offers.co.uk.
Controller, in plain words. Editorial grid about gambling promos. No user accounts. No habit of building people-files—mostly server noise plus mail you choose to send via Write in.
Categories (what fits where)
- Server / CDN logs
- IP fragments, user-agent, rough geo from routing, time, HTTP codes—unless the host strips fields.
- Storage on your device
- Age gate flag, cookie-bar choice, and—if you explicitly allow—thin analytics beacons.
- Email & mailto bodies
- Whatever you include. We keep it only long enough to answer or meet a legal hold.
Bases we lean on
Keeping the stack online, blocking abuse, seeing aggregate traffic: legitimate interest. Marketing tags without a clear “yes”: no. You wrote first? Then replying is ordinary correspondence.
Who else touches it
No visitor spreadsheets for sale. Hosting, DNS, optional stats vendors act as processors under contract. Leave through a casino tile? You’re on their policy, not ours.
How long it sits
Logs rotate fast unless security freezes a slice. Closed mail threads get trimmed. Browser storage dies when you wipe it—or when we bump this page.
Rights (EU/UK + friends)
Access, fix, delete, restrict, port—ask. We’ll do a light ID check. Your browser still beats us to most cookies.
Cross-border
Vendors abroad: SCCs or whatever regulators currently green-light.
Kids
18+ site. If you think we caught a minor by mistake, Write in; we’ll delete what we reasonably can.
Edits
Date at top moves when counsel or product forces a rewrite. Check back if precision matters.
